  • As a consultant, Sep has developed and refined a unique approach to consulting.  This is an approach which makes provision for content (what to change), the process of change itself (the how of change) and the relationship with the client.  This refers to a professional relationship with the client – a relationship which empowers a client to  champion change successfully.
  • Through the years he has established and maintained a network of local and international experts in the field of Organisational Development, planned change, and learning.
  • Sep is the author of several articles in local and international publications, covering such fields as performance evaluation, negotiation, strategy, management of change, the entrepreneurial of organisation and innovation.
  • Doctoral dissertation:  Organisational Transformation:  a quantum leap from the traditional to the entrepreneurial (University of Pretoria, South Africa).
  • To overcome the ineffectiveness of most efforts to re-structure,  Sep has become a specialist in the design and implementation of process-driven structures.  Such organisational architecture makes provision for integration of the technical and human sub-systems to optimise organisational  performance.
